Billing

Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices, taxes, and renewal details are shown at checkout before payment.

Founding Member rate

Early-access members who claim the Founding Member offer by September 15, 2026 receive 50% off Willow Premium. This 50% discount applies for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If your subscription lapses or is canceled, the Founding Member discount ends and standard pricing applies to any new subscription.

Foster access

Foster caregivers may receive complimentary 90-day Willow Premium grants, renewable while they continue fostering. Grants are provided at Willow's discretion, require no payment method, and may be revoked in cases of misuse. When a grant ends and no paid subscription is active, the account returns to the Free plan and your records remain available.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your Billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, no further charges are made, and your records remain available on the Free plan. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact billing@willow.community with your account email and the charge in question. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
