Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices, taxes, and renewal details are shown at checkout before payment.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. During beta, contact hello@willow.community for cancellation or billing support if a self-serve portal is not available.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case during beta.
