Who can view

Anyone with a valid share link or care profile link can view the selected information without creating a Willow account.

What may be included

Shared pages may include pet identity, medication records, vaccination records, vet visit details, care instructions, owner contact details, and other information you choose to share. Microchip numbers are hidden by default.

Owner responsibility

Only send links to people you trust. Share links are set to expire after 7 days by default; you can revoke links at any time when they are no longer needed.

Passcode protection

You can optionally set a passcode on any share link or care profile. When set, recipients must enter the passcode before viewing the page. After 5 incorrect attempts the link is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Passcodes are stored as one-way hashes — Willow cannot recover them.

Care profile edits by recipients

Care profile links can allow caregivers to mark checklist items complete for handoff coordination. This is limited to the shared care profile and does not grant account access.
